someone into choosing health. There must be desire, discipline and
determination to do a certain protocol. Putting protocols together is not
easy and why, in my opinion, that many times people do not get results --
because they do not do total research or they don't understand that it is
important to have a protocol that works together synergistically. Something
"sounds" good and they go for it.
For instance, the Budwig Protocol should not be used with high levels of
antioxidants as it is all about oxygenating the body.
However, while getting advice from a professional is certainly worthy, there
is something that empowers a person to move forward with certainty, when
they are completely involved in the research and education part.
Some cancers are slow moving and usually colon cancer is one of them. So
even though numbers may be going up, there is time to educate and decide
what the patient feels will get them well. Usually when people get into a
hurry, choices made are not always the best. Taking the time in the
beginning to make a plan (getting information on conventional medicine and
natural medicine) will not only make choices easier but will also give some
time for everyone to calm down. Choices made under stress or fear are
usually regretted later.
In my opinion, it is best if the person can talk to or sit down face-to-face
with someone who is knowledgeable about natural protocols. It is alsy great
if the patient has someone to act as "coach." This is usually a spouse or
someone who can committ the time to be with the patient every day. They are
also invaluable when going for tests and doctors visits. The coach needs to
be someone who has empathy, but not sympathy.
When asking for ideas, be ready to be bombarded with suggestions. People
mean well, but not always have they used the product that is suggested but
have only "read" that it is supposed to give results. Everyone is different
and what works for one may not work for others. And, one more time,
emotions must be dealt with alsy.
Be Well
