For the person, even just one, that develops Cancer or Metastasis because of a or more than one Mammogram, all the talk about it not causing 'all' cancers doesn't mean a thing.

It is the same issue with biopsies. Not every one results in the 'seeding' of cancer cells, but in many cases a biopsy does exactly that...........seeding cancer cells throughout the body.

However, we all need to make decisions in life and Mammograms and Biopsies require a decision just as surgery requires one and following alternative measures also requires a decision.
What we should not do is denigrate anyone making any decision for or against a particular form of treatment.

This is an alternative based list, not one heralding conventional methods more than fleeting comments. If someone balks or resists an effort at 'educating' them in Alternative ways simply walk away rather than defend your position and create hostility.
