There are many inconsistencies, starting with the Day #1 diet of only flax oil ... it's not flax
oil ... it's linomel, which is ground flax seed, honey, and milk powder. The Budwig mix is
incorrect, as is the reference to regular cereal as muesli. The inconsistencies are too
numerous to take the time to write out, but you can find the "real deal" at the FlaxSeedOil2
list/Files/Introduction.
