always debated. I do not like any implants, or anything just to make it
look symmetric as much as I can. I will definitely start taking those.

All surgery produces scaring and this is an irritation. I know of a
few women that had it done and were very happy with the outcome. Its
a matter of risk/reward. Your question is valid, however.
You may want to consider taking supplemental digestive enzymes just
prior to and after the surgery which may reduce the formation. High
vitamin C, L-proline, L-Lycine along with vitamin A & E will also
help with proper collagen formation
