So sorry about your friend. What a bummer.

In my mind the fastest would be the Gerson regimen. It's very
difficult but doable if she has support.

Gerson would be the juices and coffee enemas. I really think that
would work quickly. Hopefully she is not already very thin, as a
person would loose alot of weight on this program.
