I wash my eyes out with cold water every day. It is very healthy.
Cleansing is an important part of therapy. The question is to do it
at a rate that the body can handle.\

suppose there is a balance needed here, and the need of a qualified
practitioner that knows which methods would help the elimination and
which would hinder it. For example, other than having some caustic
element in our eyes, we wouldn't wash our eyes out would we? The
above are the basics but obviously there is more to life and with the
exposure to thousands of new chemicals every few years, the
enervating events are multiplying as is cancer.
