Elliot, Everything today is polluted with toxins
- even vegetables. Traditional diets of healthy
primitive people include meat, esp organ meats
and the animal fat. When asked why they ate
those, they said because they make perfect
babies. Those people were documented to be almost
100% healthy. Very little of each: tooth decay,
crooked teeth, physical illness, cancer, mental

real culprit in ill health is processed and
refined foods. When civilization encroached upon
these superbly healthy peoples and they began
eating "white man's foods" they got all the same
diseases we suffer from. When sent back to the
tribe and away from the devitalized white man's
diet, their health was restored. The foods of
primitive peoples eating from the land and sea
where they live have 10, 20 and 50 times the
nutrient content of modern grocery store food.

Vincent has said that in countries where people
are malnourished there is very little cancer. So
over-eating and outright gluttony also play a
part in growing cancers.The diet Vincent advised
my aunt to eat was low protein, low sugar, low
calorie, no meat, lots of veges and some grains,
a little bit of fruit. Vincent also says that the
one thing all the cancer diets have in common is
that they are "distortive," and so in some way
they exploit a metabolic difference in the cancer
cells. Cancer diets are not the balanced,
catabolic diets needed by growing children and
healthy people. Even people eating vegan all their lives can get cancer.

Plus there are metabolic types. Some people do
quite well as vegetarian or even vegan, and some
only do well for a short time on such a diet.
Some never feel well on 100% vegan. There are
several metabolic typing systems. Here is the one
devised by Kelley who cured himself of cancer,
and I think it was his 2nd wife, he only saved
her from death by finally giving her meat broth.

Vegetarian Types

Type 1 ­ Needs no animal products at all. Can
live entirely on fruits, vegetables and nuts.

Type 4 ­ Needs some animal products such as
fish, chicken, eggs and unpasteurized goat cheese several times a week.

Type 6 ­ Combination of Types 1 and 4, but has
horrible metabolism. Needs more food to make up for lack of absorption.

Carnivore Types

Type 2 ­ Needs meat up to 14 ounces a day,
preferably beef. Has little or no energy unless they eat meat.

Type 5 ­ Needs meat to feel good, but less often, perhaps 2-3 times a week.

Type 7 ­ A cross between Types 2 and 5 but with a horrible metabolism.

Balanced Types

Type 3 ­ Has horrible metabolism. Only absorbs
15% of what he or she eats. Feels so bad that they often wish they were dead.

Type 8 ­ Normal balanced metabolism. Can eat and
benefit from all foods, provided they are wholesome.

Type 9 ­ Needs 70% cooked food in diet. Hates raw food.

Type 10 ­ Super-efficient metabolizer. Needs very
little food and sleep, yet feels terrific.
