[cancercured] Re: Opinions on gluten/

I drank kefir made from raw milk with a raw organic egg in it when I was
going thru chemo. I still have this for breakfast every morning.

Grass fed organic beef does not have as much of an acidifying effect on the
body as regular beef. Since the grain diet acidifies the animals that eat
them, that's another reason not to eat grain fed meats.

Having tried almost every healthy "diet" out there, including vegetarianism,
and also surviving cancer, I can honestly say that a diet of grass fed
organic meats, raw dairy, organic fruits, and veggies are what I truly believe to
be the healthiest diet on the planet. It's what I feel has been traditionally
eaten by the oldest and healthiest cultures throughout history. I don't
believe in discluding anything, just in a well balanced diet of the healthiest
foods available, and a combination of raw and cooked foods. Our bodies have not
evolved to eat only vegetables and grains, for example. I know many people
do well on say a raw foods diet, or a vegetarian diet. But people on these
diets still get cancer, so something is still wrong in our environment. Eating
the best way we know how is almost the only thing we can do to avoid cancer.
What everyone feels is healthiest is different, I'm just passing on my
opinion, for whatever it is worth.

No harmful fats, no processed food, fast food, Big Farm food, using good
fats like raw coconut oil, avoiding chemicals, preservatives, no sugar, or foods
the body accepts as sugar-these are all the easiest things to change in our
diet. And the ones most likely to help us avoid cancer. I believe gluten IS a
contributer of cancer.

Cyndi- My DIL who was lactose intolerant is doing great on raw milk.
My grandson gets eczema if he has to drink pasteurized. I guess I've
heard that soy milk was to blame for early puberty because of the high
estrogen content.

The other problem with meat is that it makes the body acidic and
therefore more hospitable to cancer. There is lots of good information
on the web about the alkaline diet. I think being proactive about
health means following an anti-cancer diet all the time, not waiting
for tragedy to strike then changing.

I discovered gluten was one substance causing terrible IBS symptoms for
me and eliminating them from my diet made a huge difference. It has
also been implicated by some in cancer causation.
