Those ideas fly directly in the face of the Gerson and Budwig
protocols, and in the face of the preeminent nutritional biochemist
in this country and possibly in the world, T. Colin Campbell. NOTE
THAT Dr. Campbell did his research on caseine, the major protein in
dairy products, long BEFORE hormones or antibiotics were being added
to milk. Dr. Campbell also has determined it is animal protein itself
that leads to cancer and other degenerative dis-eases, NOT hormones,
NOT antibiotics, NOT what the animals eat---it is the animal protein
itself.

The Gerson and Budwig protocols have a marvelous record of people
getting well on them, and both rule out the eating nearly all animal
protein except cottage cheese in the case of the Budwig Protocol.
Even the American Cancer Society says those with cancer should eat
little to no meat.

Those who do not curtail their eating of animal protein are doing so
at their own risk and in the face of large amounts of evidence to the
contrary. For the majority of people, there is no good reason to eat
much meat, and lots of good reasons to eat a lot of fruits and
vegetables.
