Re: [cancercured] Gluten Free Bread-Ezekiel /was: Opinions on gluten

Hi Nancy,

Your food sounds delicious! :) I'm a horrible cook and hate being in
the kitchen, so the raw food diet worked great for me. :) I cured
myself of lots of diseases and pain when I transitioned over. I have a
huge fruit smoothie for breakfast that includes spinach and a rice
protein powder and oats. And a large salad for dinner. Lunch is where
I get myself into trouble! I work in the convention center of a fancy
hotel and there is always left-over food in the kitchen. Today I had
sauteed carrots (in olive oil), some herb rice, a few tomatoes, and some
small potatoes.

I use cayenne in my salads each night. I really feel the cayenne keeps
me from catching colds. :)

I also don't know what is up with the wheat. I would love to just give
it up. I do bake my own bread from scratch, so at least it has less
garbage in it than store bought.
