Sorry for the last post. I just saw this. However, shoulderstand
might work in some form or lay on floor and put legs up against the
wall.

For joints, take at least one tablespoons of turmeric throughout the
day with food. You can even make curries with it or put it in
yogurt. Boswellia is excellent for joints. Different forms of
guggulu are great depending on your dosha.
