If you haven't tried Ezekiel bread, you may want to consider it. Dr.
Budwig did not forbid bread but she did prefer that people eat whole
grains instead. The flaxseedoil2 group suggests gluten free Ezekiel
when you want bread. It's in most health food stores and even some
