Drug Administration is proposing a change to the rules for labeling cheese.
They want to allow cheese producers to use something called ultrafiltered
milk, but list it simply as 'milk' on the ingredient list.

The problem is, ultrafiltered milk isn't the same as milk. Ultrafiltered
milk has been filtered to remove essential things like lactose, minerals, and
vitamins. It is cheaper than fluid milk or powdered milk and that's why the
food processing industry wants to use it. They just don't want you to know
about it.

Since the FDA bureaucrats do not have to listen to you, contact your
Congressmember and Senators and ask them to contact FDA to urge them to make sure milk and cheese products are completely and accurately labelled.
