Pat,
Yes, I have seen these videos and have the both the books, the
body ecology diet, and the Gap syndrome book. I actually have
my son on the Specific Carb diet, from the book Breaking the
vicious cycle. We are trying to heal his gut. Everything he eats
has to be cooked and soft.
I understand what your saying about taking a break from certain
people, but it's hard to do when they keep emailing you constantly.
