Spinach is also very high in oxalic acid. It can
cause calcification/stone in the kidneys. When you
feel pain around the kidney area, i've read in the
website of Col. Joe that one has to take vitamin B-6
to rid the kidney of oxalates. I've not experienced
this yet so i can't tell you if it works.
