[cancercured] Re: Cruciferous vegetables and thyroid

HI Melissa

They ARE really good for you, I agree! And, of course, when they are cooked you lower the goitrogenic effect. I eat them probably twice a day, which is why I was concerned, and I have a thyroid nodule, too. For normal people you really don't have to worry about it.
Possibly you don't have to worry if you are a person with thyroid problems, but I was just asking the question.
