[cancercured] Re: High temperatures---Spinach

Elliot

People in Canada have an average lifespan of 76 years. People in the
US have an average lifespan of 73 years. People in Sweden have an
average lifespan of 76 years. An average Russian citizen lives for
67.66 years. However, they have a much higher incidence of
alcoholism and tobacco use than the other countries.

The point I am trying to get across is that cold shower in the
morning can help one be healthier. The only way to judge that is
with their present health. Thus one would have to opt for either a
cold shower or a warm shower (except for washing one's hair). The
only way to find out is by experience. Just try it and find out. I
doubt that I will find many takers though. I know from experience
that I have much more energy and my immune system is much stronger
when I take cold showers.
