If you are at risk for Graves Disease (which I have), that means you would have an overactive thyroid. If this ever becomes the case for you, these goitrogen foods will become your best friends as they slow the thyroid down. If someone has an underactive thyroid, they should
avoid goitrogens, but not us hyper folks! ;)
