candida infection. I was also diagnosed with disbyosis by test and
doc prescribed me Lacto and Bifido and Staphylococci. Surprisingly it
helped me not only with bloating but also with my allergies because my
last exam didn't showed any of past allergies. I am working on my
gallblader now to eliminate another reason for that.
But I still have intolerances to some foods and have tried another
brand of probiotics. It is called Pro-Bio from Enzymedica. It is
enteric coated and help bacteria to survive acid and to rich
intestines. It is 100% vegetarian, free of additives, and hopefully
not toxic as other enteric coated caps.
Suddenly it helped with long time constipation which I used to have at
least for 1,5 years. I think it was the only reason bc I didn't change
my diet or didn't have any other treatment.
