I am following Budwig to a good extent -- well, I have about 10 - 5
CC to FO during the day, avoid all bad oils, try to eat saurkraut, no
sugar, no meat... Eat yeast flakes, walnuts, salads, green tea,
potatoes...
Dinners are the real problem. I guess I need to just come up with a
few really good vegan recipes for dinner.
Most fake meat is soy. Lots and lots of soy. We got "mushroom
burgers" that turned out to be mainly soy, seasonings, and GLUTEN.
Same with "mushroom meatballs".
I found organic tofu at the grocery store and was making a brown
rice, walnut, and tofu dish, but again - even organic soy has
problems, no? I don't see Budwig recommending soy anywhere.
I ordered Budwig's Oil Protein cookbook, but it hasn't gotten here
yet.
