[cancercured] Re: Alkalinity -and other myths.

GB, I have no argument with your personal experiences. That would be
absurd and futile. Nor do I have any animus towards yoga.(Years ago I
studied Hatha Yoga from the book by Theos Bernard and performed
uddiyana hundreds of times a day and nauli dozens of times. In fact, I
can still do nauli, I just tried! Though I never went so far as to
swallow a 30 foot long piece of cloth to clean the g.i. tract from
end to end it was clear to me that the yoga tradition understood that
the colon is only one short piece of the tract.) I don't claim that
drinking water and clear broth for 24 hours will clear all 20 plus
feet of the g.i. tract only that in my experience it does clear the
last five feet, the colon, thereby demonstrating that said colon was
not holding ten to twenty pounds of long hardened crud. I don't find
any contradiction between my experience and yours. Nor am I concluding
anything about the value of colonics, colon cleansing, enemas,
bentonite clay, ultimate juice fast, retention enemas etc. some of
which I have benefited from.
All the best,
Jonathan
