Don't use aspirin.

Ground flaxseed is good.

But also look at adrenal fatigue for causing estrogen dominance.

The problem might not be too much estrogen, but not enough progesterone.
It is best to consult with a qualified Naturopath to help figure out
the best supplements and foods to take.
