Hello Arlyn,

Usually you'd coordinate melatonin intake with your diurnal cycle.
But, when using it to block estrogen you can take it in small doses during
the day. If you decide to only use it at night, that's still better
than nothing. You need the whopping big dose of 25 mg or so to get
the effect. This is way beyond what you use for "jet lag" and sleep
problems. Most people don't seem to have problems with it. In my
opinion it's better than risking uterine cancer with the drug
approach.
