She's not on them anymore. I finally convinced her there was no
merit and they are toxic. What you say about the dietary
macronutrients is correct with regard to depression. But, we've "Been there. Done that." as far as
diets go. We've both been working with patients via clinical
nutrition for 21 years. That's the irony. I've seen Lori do amazing
things for every type of patient imagineable. When it comes to
herself, though, it's like she's wired differently...nothing works very well.
