[cancercured] Re: Like to ask again -- what are good vegan sources of protein?

First, I am not advocating eating meat or dairy.

I'm just saying I seem to have a problem with spaciness and lack of
concentration without animal protein. I don't know why - I've always
been this way. I wish I wasn't, because I am convinced that an all
vegan diet is far healthier for you, ESPECIALLY given the way animals
are raised and treated and injected with drugs and hormones these
days.

Hopefully I find some workable solutions. I sure which soy was
safer.
