Without it I get spacy and cannot concentrate.
So what are good vegan sources for BALANCED protein? Seeing as how soy
seems so bad, and cheese and eggs are out, what is left?
I do eat a fair amount of walnuts, but they don't always do the trick.
I've also read that there is almond cheese -- I've never seen it around
where I live.
I guess soy milk is out too. Almond milk?
