Re: [cancercured] Like to ask again -- what are good vegan sources of protein?

Almond milk is good.

I am type A and still have protein problems even though I am vegetarian.
Here's the deal. The amount of plants you will need to eat to get the
protein you need is huge - if you require more protein, that is. Many
do not. So, if you eat enough calories, you will get enough protein.
But I can tell you from my experience, that just isn't always true.
That's why I will occasionally have an egg if I need it. Budwig gave me
enough protein so I didn't need any eggs. But now that I've stopped
Budwig, I am feeling that spacey feeling again.
