In my opinion, there is but one primary cause of
cancer. Its hypoxia, the oxygen
starvation of the healthy cells which switch their
metabolism as a
survival mechanism.

One Soviet spaceship doctor-physiologist studied
breathing and cellular respiration in the 1960s for
first USSR spaceship missions. His reserach was
classified for about 30 years. He discovered that over
90% patients, with cancer too, have heavy breathing
pattern (hyperventilation), without noticing it and
while having abnormally low body oxygenation (tissue
hypoxia). He developed a system of breathing
retraining that is based on restoration of normal
oxygenation and I want to share with you elements of a
huge science of breathing they developed. He trained
about 200 MDs in Russia to use the technique (the
Buteyko breathing method), but none could speak
English. So, I translated many things they wrote,
