Should your protein sources necessarily be vegan?
Seeds have a lot of protein. Excess in fact. Some vegan coaches say
you need to combine the seed protein with a starch protein from a whole
grain to make protein. My opinion is if you have cancer, you must be
raw vegan and avoid all grains whether whole or not as grains are too
acidic and loaded with fungus from storage.
I personally went around, studied and tested myself on many different
diets. (raw vegan, raw fruitarian, wai diet, raw paleolithic diet, homo
optimus diet)
If you want the best quality protein, it can be found in raw animal
foods. You can become lean and muscular without needing a lot of exercise.
As for the amount of protein, each diet guru of each specialty diet will
teach you their standard, and I have researched and agree that humans do
need protein, but not too much. The best way not to over consume
protein is to always consume more fat than protein. Consuming say 3
parts raw fat to 1 part raw lean meat will make sure you do not consume
excessive protein. As excessive protein overwork your kidneys.
Continuous excess protein consumption whether from seeds or animals can
cause a lot of problems.
You can check out some different sources of authority on different diets
here:
Raw Paleolithic Forum: very experienced people coming from raw vegan,
raw fruitarian found success in adding raw animal foods to their raw
diet. High raw fat low carb is popular here.

They all have their successes so my solution was to try them all and see
what works best for me.
If you currently have cancer, I suggest 100% raw whether fruitarian,
vegan or raw paleolithic (with animals) as long as it is high raw fat,
low carb. Sugar / carbs feed cancer so get your energy from raw fats
instead of carbs.
Good skill, happy reading!
