I beg to differ on the impaction. I have done juice and water
fasting. Also taken enemas sometimes with the fast. Some stuff was
coming out days after I stopped eating. That "stuff" did not just
manifest by itself. I don't know about a colon reduced from a 2" tube
to a 1" tube but that stuff needs to come out. Also, I have done
yoga postures that I could never do a few days before. How did that
happen? Cleaning the colon has been one of the tenets of yoga and
Ayurveda for thousands of years because it works.
