I don't mind you asking at all.
I no longer have cancer, that I know of. So, I was looking at Budwig as
a preventative. Obviously, something went wrong in my body, or else I
wouldn't have developed cancer in the first place.
So, I was only doing the FOCC at this point. I must say, I really
enjoyed eating the FOCC. I switched from cottage cheese to yogurt
because I could get a better supply of organic yogurt than cottage
cheese. I had hoped the yogurt would take care of the intestinal
problems as well, but it did not. After eating the FOCC, I felt very
bloated. I had cramping, etc. Let me say that I generally don't eat a
lot of dairy at one time, but I've never had any lactose intolerance
problems from it when I do eat it. So, this surprised me. I gave it
just under two months.
I also made some oleolux, which I find way to oily. My body just does
better with lighter food, I suppose.
