[cancercured] Re: Like to ask again -- what are good vegan sources of protein?

green foods (algae, wheatgrass, barleygrass, alfalfa, etc.), leafy
greens, TEMPEH (very absorbable form of protein), walnuts, almonds,
shiitake mushrooms, and SPROUTS--particularly sprouted broccoli,
garlic, onion, beans (particularly lentil & mung bean), and seeds
(particularly sunflower).

Best sources of animal protein:
flax oil w/cottage cheese (FSO/CC) and fresh , deep-sea/wild
[non-farm-raised], cold-water seafood (ideally
Icelandic/Pacific/ALASKAN SALMON, sardines, herring, & rainbow trout).
Avoid all animal fat (except fish fat and flax oil w/cottage cheese).
Meat from LOCAL FARMS/FARMERS MARKETS is healthiest.
Consume animal protein only before about 2pm, and take extra
proteolytic enzymes beforehand. Eat ONLY organic (or at least
hormone/antibiotic-free), preferably grass-fed , meat.
