Grains are seeds, are they not? So are nuts. So I don't understand
what you are saying, unless you are talking specifically about, say,
sunflower and sesame seeds.

Raw animal foods? Like road kill? I would assume this protein would
be exceedingly difficult to digest. Plus it would be potentially
full of nasty parasites and germs.
