I have always used hot water, a wash cloth and soap on my face and
scrubbed...this is against everything the beauty experts recommend, but it's what my
mother told me to do. I have always been complimented on my beautiful skin and
have always looked at least 15-20 years less than my age. Now in my 60's, age
has caught up with me somewhat but I still have very nice skin and still use
the same protocol.

Additionally, I love to shower in extremely hot water because it eases my
arthritis and fibromyalgia...my skin is very soft and healthy.

Listen to what your body needs.

Shelley
