doing what the doctor says and for embarking on a program of self-
education.
I very much believe that just making the decision to take a pro-
active part in one's own recovery from cancer sends a powerful
positive signal to the immune system. I also know that those who do
just what the doctor says generally never learn the kinds of things
they need to do in order to regenerate and revitalize themselves so
as to have the best chance of healing.
I feel that the woman with squamous cell cancer absolutely made the
correct decision. The further treatment being offered could cause
much damage and the doctors even admit there is a good chance of the
treatment being ineffective. So what is the point?
With regard to the lobular carcinoma, those two doctors are, to my
mind, showing terrible arrogance in not giving a 2nd opinion
referral. But, on the other hand, any referrals they made would no
doubt be to closed-minded, arrogant individuals like themselves. So
just as well.
I have a friend who recently came back from the Mexican "Oasis of
Hope" clinic in Mexico, and he feels he got some very effective
treatment there.
I think the most important thing both women need to do is to put
together a healing regimen, get on it and stay on it with regularity
and determination. The Budwig protocol is nearly always worth trying.
I trust other members will chime in with their own valued thoughts
and recommendations.
Best wishes,
Elliot
