Take a look at the most startling part of the article: "But the researchers warned that there is not yet enough evidence to advise the abandonment of androgen deprivation therapy as a treatment."

OK, don't totally abandon it but maybe, just maybe stop for a bit and do a bit more research? One has to wonder exactly how effective 'androgen deprivation therapy' really is right now?

If this therapy is finally found to be destructive, by the time they reveal it, the maker of the drugs used will have long since made tons of money and then, they'll find an 'off label' use for it and start all over again.
