Re: [cancercured] Omega Ratio

You can look up the foods with an oil content in your diet and add up
the Omega 3 versus Omega 6 oils to determine your ratio. The standard
American Diet has become very high in Omega 6 oils so the ratios that
should be higher in Omega 3's can be 10 - 30+ times higher in Omega
6's.

Here is a site where you can look up very precise information on
vitamin, mineral, fat, carbohydrate, and protein contents of foods-

http://www.nutritiondata.com/

and one with just oil contents of some foods-

http://weightoftheevidence.blogspot.com/2006/10/omega-3-and-omega-6-

food-sources.html

Flaxseed oil is the highest in Omega 3's of the vegetable oils so just
using it blended with cottage cheese or drained yogurt as in the Budwig
protocol and no other oils except using Coconut oil to cook with will
put you in a favorable Omega 3 to 6 ratio and help with healing cell
membranes in your body.
