Junk food is full of bad trans fat oils and they add plant fats like
lecithin. Those marketers are smart, they FOOL humans not to eat animal
fats saying animal fats are bad for them cholesterol, etc. So many
humans today are fat deprived. Humans hunger for fat. They try to
replace the missing fat in their diet with deep fried junk food, deep
fried potato chips, ice cream, hot dogs, hamburgers. Eskimos know that
when the meats they consistently catch lack fat, they are in deep health
trouble. For urban humans they snack on pork rinds and equivalent junk
food.

FAT deprivation is such a big unrecognized problem.

This is why Omega 3 supplementation is popular. But you get a bigger
kick with eating raw fatty fish. Lyprinol for example is just extra
virgin olive oil and mussel oil... they are just fats... supplemented to
chronically sick people, the people get well. The people are
chronically ill because people are fat deprived because of BAD ADVICE
from the wrong food pyramid.

Taste is usually corrupted by condiments and bad training. I recently

In the arthritis circles, nighshades are well known.

You can look at nightshades and other irritating vegetables as
inflammation causing. Inflammation is a natural human self defense.
People are taxing their bodies eating inflammatory causing non-foods
everyday.

Ahhh the side-effects of agriculture. Force feeding non-foods to an
unsuspecting public.

I picked up that taste test thing from natural hygiene. I re-trained my
taste buds and nose so it will help me stear clear of danger. If it
tastes bad, I don't eat it. The taste thing applies to animal foods as
well raw or cooked.
