Hi, Loretta.

I find some of your message ironic, given what has been getting
discussed on this board of late. You used the word "mysterious," and
said, at one point:

"the patient will be vulnerable to believe almost anything."

I think that those who believe in the detox capability of ionic
footbaths and in the viability of Vibe machine treatments over the
telephone long distance are willing to believe almost anything. I do
not find it so very difficult to believe what Vincent says about
sodium bicarbonate treatment of cancer.

There appears to be a double standard happening, in which alternative
treatments that are implausible are believed because there is the
fear that to disbelieve in one alternative treatment is to endanger
belief in any and all alternative treatment.

I strongly suggest that we not be afraid to hold ALL treatments up to
close scrutiny, mainstream AND alternative.
