[cancercured] Re: Vitamin E and also Juice Plus

Hi Arlyn,

I'm glad someone other than me is getting a little tired of salad. I've been trying soups instead and if you put some sprouts into the bowl just as you are about to eat the soup, you get all the goodness of vegetable leafs straight of the plant, but without actually
having to graze through another bowl.

Sprouts can be good, but can be bad. For those of us concerned with estrogenic effects of some foods, treat alf alfa and clover with great suspicion! Apparently, both are very estrogenic. Also millet, I think. But I cannot remember exactly! I do a google search
before sprouting. I've found buckwheat and mung very easy.

I may get some Juice Plus for my kids. Sounds ideal for them, the little sugar junkies!
