Hi, Walter.

I take algae every day and I had some wonderful stuff---dried kelp that
I would add to hot water and drink---the man who gave the package of it
to me said it had brought his blood pressure and pulse down
significantly. The kelp turned into a mucelage-like stuff in the hot
water, and I can't help but think it was very soothing and otherwise
good for the digestive tract.

Unfortunately, when I finally read the ingredients, which I should have
done immediately, it turned out that they'd added sugar and aspartame
to the contents of the package. It seems as if the Japanese are not
worried about eating white sugar.
