Daughtersofmoms withBREASTCANCER parents update

hope all is well with you all. my parents are having setbacks
unfortunately. most of you know my dad is terminally ill and has been
on hospice since mid dec. he has gotten so bad now he is pretty much
bedridden, cant walk, his dimentia has taken over among his other
ailments. his heart is less than 15% working, the rest of his body is
trying to shut down. hes in so much pain they keep him doped up on a
combo of morphine and loritab and practically cant function on his own
from being so weak. he keeps having nightmares,talking in his sleep,he
doesnt realize hes home. he thinks hes still in the nursing home or in
one of the wars he was in and begs to go home. last nite he woke up
for a short time while i was there and it was so sad to see him like
that and not be able to carry on a conversation because he comes up
with answers that have nothing to do with anything. he keeps saying im
dying and pray for me. mom may be having round 2 with breast cancer.
shes been having tests done because of 2 places on her other breast
she still has are showing shadows they dont like. they are hoping its
scar tissue from the breast reduction they did during her
reconstruction but not sure. if it is cancer again they said its
different than before. as for me im so stressed out with everybody and
everything its causing me to sink into depression and im fighting hard
to not let it. i get my own apt next month finally and still trying to
finish school (have 8 classes left)its been so hard to stay focused at
school with my parents like they are, me trying to be stable and
trying to get divorced still, work etc. i wish this emotional roller
coaster would stop for good. im on a never ending one since my first
divorce 5 yrs ago! keep the prayers coming they are appreciated!
