I completely agree with warming the body in times of illness.
However, for a healthy person, warm water is not good for the skin.
It will age the skin. Cold water is best. In fact, a cold shower in
the morning is best for healthy people. It brings blood to the skin
and extremeties and increases circulation. I live in Alaska and I
take one every morning.
