[cancercured] Re: High temperatures

Elliott,

High temperatures are used in more ways than hyperthermia treatment.

Part of a recent post explains another use very well.

"While this explains part of it, there is actually more to how this
mechanism works. When the body core temperature is raised to these
temperatures for at least an hour at a time, it triggers the process
of the white blood cells to be manufactured at an accelerated level.
This is the "normal" response of the immune system if it is in fact
working properly. Within a 24 hour period the white blood cell count
can raise by 10 times the amount of normal, which starts changing the
odds against the cancer cells. This is also referred to as "Fever
Treatment".

Inducing fever has been used to combat cancer as it can stimulate the
immune system. There have been cases of people who have had cancer
and, following a high fever have become cancer free as the immune
system has gone into high gear initially in response to the fever,
then finding and fighting other illnesses in the body.
