I regret that it appears "the powers that be" have made it
extraordinarily difficult to obtain the proper type of oil, the problem
being that the part of the marijuana plant that contains the very
active oil is also the part of the marijuana plant that people use to
get high with. So those who obtain, or attempt to obtain, the oil, or
the plant in order to make the oil, are subject to arrest in most parts
of the world. It appears that in order to have free access to the
proper type of oil, one might have to move to a country where it is
legal to possess marijuana.
