anti-inflammatory, and if you're leery of it, just use a few drops every
other night, applied very, very gently. An old alternative M.D. that I
know thinks vitamin E oil externally can fix just about anything. And I
agree with Elliot, unfortunately, we should be getting selenium
naturally, but soils are depleted, so even organic foods are
short-changed. I've been taking 95 micrograms twice daily and think
it's helping my thyroid, as the thyroid does need selenium (google it).
