And by the way you can usually tell if it is working for you within 3 months at the most many I know within one month.
 
For cancer they recomend 4 packs a day on an empty stomach 2 packs in moning and 2 in evening.
Many have problems mixing because they don't follow the instructions and that is the main complaint I hear.
You need to put in an enclosed container (They have cups w/ tops) and shake it for 20-30 secs. Any liq you like I use water.
And about same amount of lig as the powder.
