I thought it was trypsin and chymotrypsin that strip the protein
coating? For enzyme therapy its a must to get one with those two in it.
eg Wobenzyme, Megazyme, Omnizyme

I had thought that the enzymes were to be taken on an empty stomach at
least an hour away from food, but someone recently told me to take them
exactly 45 minutes before eating. They said there was a specific reason
for this but did not tell me what it was. Has anyone heard of this?
