          The answer is yes. The reason most of us refer to the rebounder is because most of us do not have a full size tramp available .You may even get a better results from the full size tramp .So enjoy your tramp.
 
        The rebounder has several advantages for most people . 1. Lower cost . 2. Easy to store. 3. Because of size it can be used in the house ;any place or time. 4. Weather isn't a factor sinse it can be used indoors. ( Living in N.E.Ohio this is a big one for me.)
