Do you take DHEA and pregnenolone? Is it sublingual? If not, you will hardly absorb anything and it will upset your stomach.

Hi Johanne,

I just started on DHEA. It upset my stomach pretty bad and gave me
headaches. So, I backed down the doseage. I hope to win the adrenal
battle, too. Right now, though, my biggest problem is getting enough
sleep. The insomnia is a pain in the butt.
